The industry uses the finest woods from different places in the world to create a warm and intimate mood. There will be variations in color, grain and texture that are characteristics of real wood. These variations will be especially visible in blinds with light color stains. The variations are normal and natural and considered acceptable quality.
Style
Wood blinds come in five slat sizes: 1″, 1 3/8″, 2 3/8″, 2″ and 2 1/2″ in painted or stained finishes to match your decor. The 2 1/2″ slat can be upgraded to a beveled slat for a shutter look. The beveled slats gives a wider view through to the outside. Select from decorative tapes and valances.
All wood slats come with 3 choices:
- Choose between standard routed slats or rout-less slats that offer more room dimming advantages.
- Some manufacturers offer custom stain or paint
- Decorative tape with the slats
Lift Systems
- Cord lift has added features to make the blind safe and easy to operate.
- Remote battery powered wood slat tilt only, putting light control at your finger tips.
- The cordless lift system on the wood blinds allows you to lift and lower your wood blind with ease.
